Project 5: Namibia | Youth & Women in Agribusiness

Fostering a more inclusive economy

The Challenge: The client needed a strategic framework to increase the participation of youth and women in the commercial agricultural value chain, moving beyond subsistence to enterprise.

The Vuna Solution: We designed a strategic roadmap that combined market-linkage analysis with targeted capacity building. We identified high-growth value chains (horticulture and small livestock) that were accessible to these demographics and modelled the CAPEX and OPEX requirements for new entrants.

The Impact: Delivered a practical, costed strategy for inclusive agribusiness development that has informed regional policy and investment priorities.
